Merci à Jason et Jessy pour leurs professionnalismes lors de l'infiltration d'eau dans notre sous-sol en avril. Nick and Alex showed up on time, and helped me move some things around so they could do the best possible job. They were friendly and professional. They took care to protect our hardwood floor, and our new railing that was recently installed. They explained the process along the way and showed me the final results when finished. The technicians, Nick and Liam, carried out the work in a very competent and professional manner. They took time to explain what they would do. They took every precaution to ensure that no damages were caused to our new house. They called one half hour before showing up and were on time. The before and after photos made it quite clear that the work needed to be done and what a pleasant sight from the after photos. I recommend 1CleanAir to everyone without any hesitation. I called on Monday and there was an opening the very next day. My husband and I moved into a brand new built home and we needed the ducts professionally cleaned. Nick and Alexi called 30 minutes before arrival to let us know they were on their way. They were Extremely professional and knowledgeable team. Nick & Alexi were very thorough in the entire cleaning process. They talked through the entire process and their progress. They performed before and after photos which was a true eye opener. Very polite, very professional...they even acknowledged the hardwood floors thus they wore their interior slips. They noticed all the small details and communicated constantly. All of my questions were explained thoroughly. Once they were completed, they walked me through the basement and showed me things that I had not even noticed. They were very educational, tidy and such a pleasure to deal with. Congratulations on a job well done!
