Excellent service

Great service done by Sara! Efficient, professional, quick and kind : -contacted us 30min before her arrival -went over pricing before starting -laid down a carpet to protect the floors -was very attentive in cleaning all 25 air ducts If you have a baby/animals/hearing sensitivity, it’s a bit noisy so prepare accordingly but most definitely recommend getting this done once every 3-5 years (especially if you have animals). Merci-Thank you to the team at 1 Clean Air & Sara 👍🏼

Fantastic service - I called and got a same day appointment to clean a blocked dryer duct in -20C weather. Courteous and professional!

Today, two experts, Joe and Sara, came to my home to clean the air vents and the dryer duct. They were very professional and cleaned the clogged dryer duct. My dryer works perfectly now. Before them, two other companies could not solve the problem.

(Translated by Google) Excellent service from the team! Efficient, courteous, and professional. Thank you to Alex and Frank. Our air ducts are very clean! (Original) Excellent service de l'équipe ! Efficace, courtois et professionnel, merci à Alex et Frank. Nos conduits d'air sont très propres !

Alex and Frank did incredible work on our incredibly neglected systems. They were very respectful of our house and our newly refinished floors. Their price was incredibly fair and they were very upfront with the cost of everything. We had no surprises which is always appreciated! We will definitely be going back here in 3 years for the next cleaning! Thanks guys!

Great service, on time. Just purchased a 50 year old barn house. Ducts were never cleaned and according to Alex and Frank, makes their top 5 of dirtiest they’ve seen. The team took their time (and extra actually given their condition) to explain and thoroughly clean the entire system. We have no hesitation in recommending this crew. Take a look at the before and after pictures. Happy that my family can “breath” easier tonight.

Joe and Sarah were fantastic and highly professional. The cost was totally fair, and they were fast and efficient. We tried to clean the ducts ourselves with an Amazon tool that broke off and got stuff. Sarah, up the ladder - 30 feet - was fearlessly able to remove it as well as the birds nests clogging the duct. Cannot recommend enough!

Copying my review from the Ottawa location to here as this is the branch of 1Clean Air that I hired. ..1Clean Air in Montreal recently cleaned my ducts and dryer vent; I was completely happy with the service, from the first phone call to completion of the job. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and courteousness of the team that did the work - they did a great job. Thank you!
