Gatineau reviews

Had a cemtral heat pump installed today. The installers were polite, professional and efficient. The whole experience from the first contact with the sales rep was positive and I would highly recommend this company.

They missed two ducts initially but service was great and they came back to do them plus applied disinfectant for free. Thank you to the team. Satisfied.

The entire team was so helpful from start to finish! Sales (Nolan), support (Kristine I think) and installation (Carl and colleague)

(Translated by Google) Very satisfied with the company's follow-up after they cleaned our air exchanger. They take responsibility and make customers feel comfortable, which helps improve the service they receive. In addition to installing a brand new air exchanger and a multi-zone heat pump, communication was excellent. I highly recommend them and will keep their contact information for future requests (cleaning, etc.). VERY SATISFIED!!!

I have worked with many different cleaning companies before when it comes to our house, and was never 100% satisfied. I had an outstanding experience with 1 Clean Air Duct Cleaning Services. Mark and Sebastian demonstrated professionalism from start to finish. They took their time, went above and beyond to ensure every detail was completed properly, and walked me through each step of the process to confirm I was satisfied. Their attention to detail was excellent — they used protective guards along the walls, wore protective booties to keep my floors clean, and worked with great care and respect for my home. It is clear they take great pride in the quality of their work. I highly recommend this company, and extend a sincere thank you to Mark and Sebastian for their exceptional service.

(Translated by Google) Exceptional service! I had a cleaning done, and the customer service was friendly, accommodating, and flexible (considering it was for a rental property). They followed up to ensure my satisfaction, and one of the ducts still seemed dirty, so they suggested a few solutions, but the problem persisted. They then offered to come back for a second cleaning free of charge. They followed up again afterward, and everything was perfect. Excellent quality service and a good price too (best price compared to two other companies). Thank you! (Original) Service exceptionnel! Merci!
