Superb service. We were dealing with a blocked dryer vent in the winter. Other companies refused to come but 1 Clean Air showed up the next business day, fixed the issue and made recommendations to address the problem long term. Friendly staff too! 10/10 would recommend.

(Translated by Google) This is the first time we've used their services and we're very satisfied. They were very professional when booking the appointment, their explanations were clear, and they honored the quote. We received an email confirming the appointment 48 hours in advance, plus a call a few minutes before their arrival. The service on-site was also excellent; they clearly know their job. On April 17, 2023 we received 2 services from 1CleanAir as follow. 1. Duct cleaning service: Martin and May, are two friendly and professional staff, they did a very good job, and we are extremely happy with service provided by them. They called before arrival to the site. 2. Carpet Cleaning Service: Sylvano did an excellent and professional job in the carpet cleaning and our carpet looks like a brand new carpet now. He was on time, and he called before arrival to let us know that he's on his way. Last but not least, thanks to John as the owner of 1CleanAir company with all friendly and professional staff with excellent customer service. We definitely recommend this company to our family and friends. Shah & Mina

Booked a date and the day before unfortunately it was cancelled due to staff shortage but people get sick: what are you going to do. Set up a new appointment and they were on time, courteous, respectful of my home and they did a nice job. There was a brief moment of upselling which I'm not crazy about but when I declined there was no hard feelings or issues with it: just moved on and got the job done. I would recommend.

Very professional. The 2 guys came to clean our ducts and were very courteous and professional. They did a very good job. Very good customer service.
