I had previously attempted to book a duct cleaning through 2 other services. Both other services caused a variety of issues including complex booking, no showing for appointments, lack of response to calls/emails, etc. 1 Clean Air had an incredibly simple online booking portal allowing me to book and receive confirmation within minutes. The cleaners were timely, friendly, and respectful. After the cleaning, I immediately received before and after pictures of my ducts as well as a copy of my paid invoice. I very much appreciated the simplicity and expediency of the whole experience from start to finish.

Great experience from the first call to the last. Great team that came out for a vent cleaning and replacement part. Fast, knowledgeable, polite and on time. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them as well.
