1Cleanair customer reviews

Had our duct work cleaned for the first time at this house. Seemed to do a good job. Professional, knew what they were doing. Would hire again.

This is our third year using Clean Air and we have always been pleased with the outcome. Friendly, efficient and a good project point too.

Happy with our experience. Quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Would recommend :)

1 CLEAN AIR team arrived on time, theu were extremely professional and quick and made sure to leave our house clean. We will definitely use the same company next time we need our heating ducts cleaned.

I called 1CleanAir based on their outstanding reviews on Google, and I was not disappointed. They were friendly, efficient and professional. After they were done, I would swear that the air “felt cleaner” in my home. They pictures of the before and after in my ducts were truly eye opening. Very happy with the process and results. Would highly recommend them and will use them again in 3 to 5 years.

Professional and friendly staff, follow all the details inside and outside home, doing a great job. Thank you

(Original) Excellent service, du premier appel aux services rendus. Techniciens courtois, compétents qui ont fait très bon nettoyage de mes conduits. Je vous recommande cette compagnie. Wonderful service, from first call to work being completed. The two technicians were very nice, compétent in their work. I have no hesitation recommanding them.

Communication was great. Price was reasonable. A mistake was made and they came out at a later date to fix the error. No issues at all.

Another great job by 1CleanAir. Roque is a fantastic technician. Arrived when he said he would and has very good attention to detail.

They are quick and thorough. Will use again

I recently had 1CleanAir replace my old flexible dryer vent duct with a rigid one, and I’m thrilled with the experience. The technician was honest, friendly, and took the time to explain the process clearly. Their work was impeccable—clean, precise, and completed with care. The new rigid duct looks sturdy and performs perfectly, giving me peace of mind. I highly recommend 1CleanAir for their professionalism and top-notch service!

We are very happy we went with 1Clean Air. We had issues with our dryer overheating. Since the cleaning of the vent we’ve had zero issues. A bird’s nest was removed! A definite fire hazard. It was quick, reasonably priced and has given us peace of mind. The dryer is running normal again.

Great service from the 1Clean Air team!!!

Fantastic team!!!! super professional. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to clean their vents and their furnace.

(Translated by Google) Exceptional service! I had a cleaning done, and the customer service was friendly, accommodating, and flexible (considering it was for a rental property). They followed up to ensure my satisfaction, and one of the ducts still seemed dirty, so they suggested a few solutions, but the problem persisted. They then offered to come back for a second cleaning free of charge. They followed up again afterward, and everything was perfect. Excellent quality service and a good price too (best price compared to two other companies). Thank you! (Original) Service exceptionnel! Merci!

These guys were super considerate of my special needs cat, and they accommodated what he needed while they did the vents. My vents are all beautifully cleaned and they even wiped them down with disinfectant so they look clean from the outside as well. Highly recommend these guys.

Quick and efficient service, very friendly technicians. Would definitely contract them again for other home services.

Friendly customer service, awesome job! Highly recommended!!!

Quick and friendly service. I would easily recommend. Zero upsell so if they recommend something it’s probably warranted.

VERY thorough and VERY friendly service! We had a schedule mix up and they remedied it very generously! My house smelled so clean after the duct disinfection!

Roch was very professional and pleasant and he did a great job!
