1Cleanair customer reviews

Crew was fast and efficient i will use them again

Great company. Friendly , fast, and good price. They explained everything and made sure I understood. The price was good. They were fast . The pictures were neat to see afterwards. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their ducts cleaned.

Prompt - well done, polite, explained well. A little more attention to cleanup would have been appreciated. thanks.

1Clean Air cleaned my dryer vent earlier this week. They did a great job. They were very professional and efficient. I would certainly hire them again.

My partner and I just bought our first home together 3 months ago. We had no idea when the ducts were cleaned last. So we decided to try 1Clean Air. We lucked out with a seasonal promotional deal. Saving money always makes a new homeowner happy. Communication back and forth with the company was excellent. We had Cody and Camden come to our house. The two of them were very professional and thorough in their work. They called prior to arriving. They told us that it looked like our ducts hadn't been cleaned in over a decade. We were really happy with their job. We really appreciated the before and after photos. It really tells a story.....

Got a call advising of arrival time 3 men arrived. Very friendly and professional. Got to work quickly and over 20 ducts were cleaned within an hour Photos were reviewed with me I was extremely pleased with the service that was performed

1Cleanair, showed up on time, greeted me very professionally, Hugo took the time to explain the process and along with his team completed the task without any problems, would definitely recommend them!!

Great overall experience. They arrived first thing in the morning, even a bit earlier than expected - my phone was still on "night mode" and I missed their call before they arrived, but it all worked out fine. They spent a couple of hours and showed me before and after pictures, the work they did was great. I definitely think they upsold me on some additional services once here, which I don't love because it doesn't give me enough time to do my own research before agreeing to anything else. Having said that, they did a great job on those extra services and it ended up being worth it. As a note for possible improvement: I would have preferred getting a call from one of the guys before they arrived (maybe a day or two earlier) mentioning these as "potential services" (because of course it depends on each client's needs), so that I could give them my answer by the time they arrived, after having properly looked it up and discussed it. They definitely weren't forceful about it, it was 100% my call, but as a personal preference, I'd rather be properly informed ahead of time. 9.5/10 would recommend and will be calling them again in about 3 years.

I looked around at various companies to clean the airducts of my apartment, some of them didn't reply others didn't have availability. I give this company a try, sending them a request for a quote. In less than 24hrs I got a detailed reply and the follow up was excellent, answering all my questions, providing a fair quote, and offering different date options. The day of the service, team arrived on-time (they were very friendly, by the way), explained what they were going to do and proceeded to do the job. When they finished, they cleaned also the debris that fell on the floor (they didn't leave a mess, which is greatly appreciated). Paying and receiving the invoice was fast and easy, no complications. Very happy with the service received!

Signed up at the Home Show. They called to reschedule which worked well for us. The driver called to say he was on his way. Friendly , efficient service. Breathing easier since.

Signed up for a cleaning at the Home Show to take advantage of promotions. Team arrived in the time frame and were very friendly. They were careful not to damage anything when running the big vacuum hose. They moved a piece of furniture to access a cold air return and put it back. The guys did a thorough job and explained everything that was done. Would definitely have them back again. Only issue was with the disinfectant application which bothered my wife who is sensitive to strong odours. Even though the disinfectant is a natural product, the smell of thyme is quite strong and lingers for several hours.
