They were very professional and nice! Explained everything in detail. Highly recommend

Great service! Timely, friendly, open communication, and good price. Our ducts hadn’t been cleaned (probably ever) and it’s an old old house with vents only on first floor and not on second. We got all our ducts cleaned for less than $300 because of a promotion and it was so perfect for our budget. Even e-transfer payment made it an easy and smooth interaction.

This was our first time using their carpet and vent cleaning services, and we were very impressed. They did an excellent job removing stains, and everything looks so fresh and clean. The team was polite, punctual, and highly professional throughout the entire process. We will definitely be using their services again!

(Translated by Google) Good service, quick and courteous. Thank you. (Original) Bon service, rapide et courtois. Merci

The two staff persons called ahead to alert us of their ETA and upon arrival, started by enquiring about number of registers, including doing a site inspection to verify. They set up quickly and proceeded to do their task, clean up after themselves, submit their report with photos of the inside of ducts, along with invoice which we paid by credit card immediately. This was a return visit for at least one of the crew (from 2021), and he recalled many features of our house. It was noisy for short periods, but that was unavoidable since the weather was too cold for us to be outside the house! It took them about 1 hour for our two storey bungalow with 10 registers. They then recommended that we schedule the next cleaning every 5 years or more since we have no pets or children. A fast, professional crew. I would recommend them highly.

Fast and courteous service. Highly recommend. Will definitely ask them to come back.

Cleaned the dryer vents in the condo according to management requirements. Showed up on time and accommodated our schedule. No concerns!

We had a dryer duct venting issue. Luc and his helper spent the time needed to correct the issue. It took them about two hours to install the new venting and check the air flow. It meant a lot of time going up and down ladders both inside and outside the house. It was not an easy job as the dryer vent went through the attic and vented on the soffit. Before the work was done the dryer kept saying the vent was 60% blocked. The dryer is no longer giving that message. The dryer is working well now and I am very happy with the job that was done. I highly recommend 1Clean Air.

The technicians are friendly, doing the work efficiently, we are happy generally, one thing wasn’t done probably due to that I didn’t mention it, it is the fan covers in the bathroom which were not cleaned, other than that, everything else was good.

I’m extremely happy with the work done by Kyle and Michael. The guys were on time and are both professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I must add that my 12 year old Shih Poo, Muffin, enjoyed the attention🐶 They also explained the whole process. They cleaned up after themselves and did an outstanding job. I will be recommending them to all my family, friends and neighbors. Rest assured that I will definitely call on them for my next ductwork and dryer vent cleaning!! Thank you 1 Clean Air for accommodating my schedule, I really appreciate it. 🤗🌷

First time using the service. Has vents and furnace cleaning done and very happy with the service. Mark and his team member were very professional and insightful.

(Translated by Google) I was impressed by the quality of service. I didn't expect them to be able to repair my dryer vent, which was only 3 feet from the exterior wall, without opening the ceiling of the room below, but they managed it. They also took the opportunity to improve the connection on the dryer side and cleaned up the area. I highly recommend them. Thank you. Merci.

Absolutely amazing job by 1Clean Air Ottawa! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The team did a fantastic job cleaning our vents, and the disinfectant they used left the entire house smelling incredibly fresh and clean. The difference was noticeable right away—my husband even commented on how fresh the house smelled the moment he walked in! What I really appreciated was the disinfecting treatment. It’s especially important if you have asthma, allergies, or sensitivities, because it helps remove dust, bacteria, and allergens from the air system. It really makes a difference in the air quality in your home. The two young gentlemen who came were extremely efficient, polite, and very professional. They worked quickly, carefully, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing—true pros! I highly recommend 1Clean Air Ottawa to anyone looking for excellent, reliable service. Fantastic experience all around! ⭐️✨
