1Cleanair customer reviews

I found the service I received from the two 1cleanair service men was excellent. Polite and professional. Clear with the explanations and they were diligent with the cleaning of my ducts. Very pleased. This is my second time using them and I will do so again. Thank you! Highly recommend them. Mina

Absolutely amazing! Stains are gone. Great work, great staff, great service. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you!

Having 1Clean Air come to clean my dryer vent was an awesome experience. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional. The job was done quickly with minimum disruption. Thank you.

In our family's home situated in Kingston, we faced inconsistent temperatures in various rooms. Seeking a solution, I turned to 1 Clean Air. Their team not only cleaned the ducts and dryer vent but also introduced us to Aeroseal - this was a game-changer!! Now, no one's battling the thermostat, and we're all just enjoying the comfort of our home. Additionally, their thoughtful touch of sealing the front door to retain heat on a cold winter day truly showcased their dedication to customer satisfaction and home comfort. A huge thanks to 1 Clean Air for turning our house into a place where everyone can feel at ease 😊 I highly recommend for their reliable and quality services!

Good work. Workers very polite. Would recommend.

Very pleased with the duct and dryer vent cleaning service provided by 1Clean Air. Alexis and Jo were very professional, efficient, polite and cleaned up everything afterwards. They answered all my questions about the process. The price was what I had signed up for at the Ottawa Fall Home Show. No hidden fees.

"I was very happy with the service I received from 1Clean Air last week for comprehensive cleaning of my furnace, vents, and dryer, including sanitization. Maxwell and his partner were professional, friendly and efficient. Not only did they do an excellent job with the cleaning, but they also took great care in protecting the floors. The cleanup afterward was meticulous. Highly recommended for their top-notch service!"

Very happy with our experience. Despite a miserable day with threatened bad weather, everything went according to plan. We had a 'phone call 20 mins or so before the guys arrived in the scheduled time slot. The duct and vent cleaning was carried out efficiently, including cleaning the vent covers. I had looked up Benefect, the natural disinfectant used. There was a slightly herbal smell initially, which as it is derived from thyme makes sense (and I quite like), though this dissipates quite fast.

Replaced a dangerous vent for us a few years ago (improper materials, fire hazard). Did an amazing job! Just had them back to clean out my vents this year, great professionalism as before, and offered a discount for being a previous client! 😊

Friendly and polite young men, did an exceptional job. Tidied up after themselves, were very quick and efficient. Definitely recommend! Thank you Liam and Ryan on a job very well done!

hello my experience with 1Clean air was awsome. Before i called them to clean my air vents i had no idea when they where done before .we have lived here 15 years and have never had the vents done.1Clean where very helpful in explaining the process of cleaning the vents. i actually followed them all over the house to see how things where done.the guys showed me before and after pics and the difference was pretty amazing.they said the vents where never done.i also requested a disenfentent cleaner to be added after the vents where done.all i can say is before the vents where cleaned i would always cough for a while whenever i came home .now i dont have that problem any longer .the difference is like night and day.i feel much better and so do my wife and daughter .i would highly recommend anyone use 1 Clean air .they are worth every penny. ken Gorman
