Jason & his co-worker did an excellent job of cleaning the ducts & vents. They showed me the pictures of before and after the job was completed. I was shocked to see how much the ducts needed cleaning.

Good experience

From the start- the quote process to confirmation, every step of the way was well-executed and simple. Lots of follow up reminders as we got closer to the date, which is appreciated. Max and Martin were friendly, professional and very efficient. Visit was quick, house was left exactly the way they found it and we’re very satisfied!

Booked with these guys at the spring home show here in Ottawa and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Alexis and Danny showed up on time and were very professional and engaging. Alexis spent the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. I absolutely recommend these guys and will only use them in the future. Thanks for the awesome customer service.

Workers serre very professional and friendly. Great service 👍🏾they checked the ducts as our previous owners had pets. Changed the furnace filter and even showed us how to do it in the future. Highly recommend them

We had a great experience with 1Clean Air cleaning our dryer duct. They were quick to book an estimate and I didn’t have any trouble getting an appointment. They didn’t have any trouble getting to the vent on our third floor. The team was quick, professional, and did a great job. They were careful to wear boot covers in the house and didn’t hesitate to wear masks when asked. I will be using them for duct cleaning in the future.

I called this company based on their high reviews on Google. I have a very large home and did not want any company to come and service it. I called 1Clean Air and they came the next day. They were prompt, efficient, and reliable. Thank you for taking the time to fully clean all the vents, HVAC ducts, and furnaces. Highly recommend!

On April 17, 2023 we received 2 services from 1CleanAir as follow. 1. Duct cleaning service: Martin and May, are two friendly and professional staff, they did a very good job, and we are extremely happy with service provided by them. They called before arrival to the site. 2. Carpet Cleaning Service: Sylvano did an excellent and professional job in the carpet cleaning and our carpet looks like a brand new carpet now. He was on time, and he called before arrival to let us know that he's on his way. Last but not least, thanks to John as the owner of 1CleanAir company with all friendly and professional staff with excellent customer service. We definitely recommend this company to our family and friends. Shah & Mina

Booked a date and the day before unfortunately it was cancelled due to staff shortage but people get sick: what are you going to do. Set up a new appointment and they were on time, courteous, respectful of my home and they did a nice job. There was a brief moment of upselling which I'm not crazy about but when I declined there was no hard feelings or issues with it: just moved on and got the job done. I would recommend.

Very professional. The 2 guys came to clean our ducts and were very courteous and professional. They did a very good job. Very good customer service.
