1Cleanair customer reviews

We received excellent service in our home with 1Clean Air. They took before and after pictures of all the ducts and dryer vent and we were very satisfied with the results. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We wanted to install a new vent for the dryer. We were scheduled for a Friday and I received a call on Wednesday saying they were in our area and could they drop by to give me an estimate. Not only did they give me an exceptional price, they completed the job at the same time. They were in and out within an hour. These guys are excellent, not one spec of dust left behind. I would definitely use them again.

This company was great right from the beginning. Booking was easy..they called before they arrived and set straight to work. The people were very kind and focused on the job, they asked If anything else needed to be done before they left. They were also pet friendly! The before and after photos were helpful as well. Thanks!

Sylvano did a fantastic job on all of my carpets and stairs . He is very polite and an extremely hard worker. I am happy to recommend him to any one. Thanks Sylvano for a great job.

I am normally skeptical of duct cleaning as it's value has been marked as "questionable" by both CDC and Health Canada. That said, I wanted it as I'd recently done a lot of drywall work & that dust is awful. So I did a lot of comparative research into what companies and Ottawa provided the service. Be aware that there can be huge differentials in price for the same service; the larger, more well-known companies such as JD Swallow may charge a lot more than the lesser-known ones. 1Clean Air was not the cheapest option, but for me represented a good value, and I found their client service rep to be very responsive to my questions, so I booked them. The team of two (Marc and Sébastien) arrived right on time. They were very friendly, willing to chat with my wife and mother-in-law as well, and professional. They were fast but not hasty. I was impressed that they put in plastic plugs in the holes they made in the duct work rather than simply taping over, and they gave me tips on what areas to leave exposed or accessible should they come back after more basement drywall is up. They also took photos with a pipe camera to show the before-and-after. IF you think you need duct cleaning - and do some research before falling for the industry spiel - I would have no hesitation in recommending 1Clean Air.
