The two young men that arrived at my home to do duct and dryer vent cleaning were very polite, friendly and professional. They arrived on time, followed all COVID protocols and worked very efficiently. Very happy with the service!

Professionalism and courteous workers

The original tech responsibly called in sick with a cough, so my job was given to another team. The service took less than an hour. The two techs that provided the service were courteous throughout and asked for permission on sensitive matters like entering an occupied room. This is a mature company and I recommend their services.

Energetic and helpful service. Jason arrived on time, and did the work expertly. He gave helpful advice and answers to my questions. He dealt skillfully with some unusual problems that arose, such as a dead squirrel in one of our vents.

We were very happy with the quality of the service provided. Before and after pictures were nice to see. We noted a significant change in the quality of the air afterward. The only feedback I would offer is that when we were requesting quotes, the text messages and emails being sent by the staff was rather persistent and at times, annoying -- to the point that we nearly considered hiring someone else. We felt somewhat pressured. That said, we ultimately chose 1Cleanair and the work was done well, everything was left in pristine condition, and the staff were very friendly. We will contact 1Clean air for future services.

What a great experience, I’ve had duct cleaning before from other services this was by far better then any of those. They were courteous and explained the process, wore booties and showed a before and after picture. As well I appreciated the crew lead showing some areas that have deteriorated and may need repair in the near future. I have an older home that I just purchased so that info helps me prepare for future expenses. Overall best service I have ever received for this type of work.
