We had our ducts cleaned in early December. It has been at least 20 years since the ducts were cleaned. Martin was the employee who came to our home. He was very professional, courteous and explained the process. We had our dryer vent cleaned as well and I was shocked at what was removed! They left and we were impressed with the job that was done. A few days later I found that the dryer wasn’t working as well as before. I called them back and they re-cleaned the vent, they removed three large clumps that were stuck in the vent. Again Martin was professional and courteous and left the area very clean. He apologized for having to come back. The dryer works like it is brand new. I would highly recommend this company
