I looked around at various companies to clean the airducts of my apartment, some of them didn't reply others didn't have availability. I give this company a try, sending them a request for a quote. In less than 24hrs I got a detailed reply and the follow up was excellent, answering all my questions, providing a fair quote, and offering different date options.
The day of the service, team arrived on-time (they were very friendly, by the way), explained what they were going to do and proceeded to do the job. When they finished, they cleaned also the debris that fell on the floor (they didn't leave a mess, which is greatly appreciated).
Paying and receiving the invoice was fast and easy, no complications. Very happy with the service received!
Signed up at the Home Show. They called to reschedule which worked well for us. The driver called to say he was on his way. Friendly , efficient service. Breathing easier since.
Signed up for a cleaning at the Home Show to take advantage of promotions. Team arrived in the time frame and were very friendly. They were careful not to damage anything when running the big vacuum hose. They moved a piece of furniture to access a cold air return and put it back. The guys did a thorough job and explained everything that was done.
Would definitely have them back again.
Only issue was with the disinfectant application which bothered my wife who is sensitive to strong odours. Even though the disinfectant is a natural product, the smell of thyme is quite strong and lingers for several hours.
I would highly recommend this company.
The guys that cleaned my ducts were very professional and explained everything they were doing to me. Even showed me before and after pictures. Thanks 1Clean Air for an outstanding service

Service rapide et professionnel. Le prix m'apparaît raisonnable.
Busy company but put myself on a cancellation list and had my ducts cleaned thoroughly and efficiently the next week. Issues were pointed out that NO other company has noticed in the past 25 years of duct cleaning. Will be using them moving forward !
1Clean Air did an excellent job cleaning our ducts. After buying a new home, we wanted to ensure the air we are breathing every day, is clean and fresh. They came in, went right to work, explained what they were doing and were very tidy throughout the process. Will be back for future cleanings.
