Ottawa reviews

1 Clean air performed a dryer duct cleaning, they did a friendly and tedious job, they came on time as planed, I'd recommend them for any of their services

Patrick and Kevin just finished my house duct cleaning & dryer ducts. It’s Amazing how they started the job by explaining every process that they are going to do. In every floor Kevin and Patrick showed us how they clean the duct. They started from second floor down to the basement. Also recommended the disinfectant spary which I agreed to it and already the smell of Air looks fresh through the ducts. The pictures before the cleaning and after is like night and day. Was shocked how the dust and object were accumulated but picture post clean showed shiny ducts. Patrick recommended to replace the dryer vent outlet with a valve which I have agreed too I am very happy with services and high degree of professionalism. There service brought a piece of mind to our house and now we can breath a clean air there services is 10/10. I think your company bring such a great positive impact when it come to provided clean air so families don’t worry about recurrent allergy Thanks so much for coming even I did call you in a short notice Imad odeh 2796 Grand canal street

Had the company replace the outside vent and inside tubing for a dryer on July 24. 😀A very meticulous and professional job, done with friendly courtesy....would recommend the company to anyone!

Very friendly, professional, informative and quick to deal with questions. Would hire and recommend.

The whole team was so professinal and great. Came on time and service was excellent. We will continued to call them back =)

Alex was nice and did a really great job cleaning all the ducts. Got the ducts sanitized as per his recommendation and it’s for sure worth it.

I had an exceptional experience with Martin L and his team. They were incredibly professional and efficient, making the entire process seamless and easy to handle as a customer. The team's performance was outstanding, and I would definitely choose their services again in the future. It was truly refreshing to deal with such a capable and customer-friendly team. Thank you!

We had our carpets cleaned by 1Cleanair and were very happy with the results. Jean-Pierre Mourrier was courteous and aimed to please, asking us if we were satisfied with the cleaning in certain areas. We will use them again in the future.

The staff at 1 Clean Air are professional, courteous and do a great job.

Alex from 1Clean Air came to treat our home venting systems. He was very knowledgeable about the services and prices, and was personable. He did a great job, provided amazing customer service, and spoke about future maintenance as well. Would very much recommend and we're looking forward to benefitting from our newly cleaned systems!

We just had 1 Clean Air clean our dental office's ducts and they did an amazing job! Very professional, organized, efficient, and courteous. Definitely would recommend their services.

Great service for a great price

Great job! I am happy with the work done.

Bonjour Un service de qualité et très professionnel… facile d’arrangements et de parole tout ce qui est souhaité pour un bon service à la clientèle! Merci

We have used their services twice in past years (duct cleaning) and the job is done properly and professionally! I feel confident knowing the ducts are clean and disinfected! They can also clean the dryer vent... all done in less than one hour! Providing peace of mind for the homeowner

I just reached out to 1Clean Air using Google search and reviews and they did not disappoint us. I recommend reaching out to them for duct cleaning services. There were some issues finding the right dates and time, however, their team was efficient in booking the slot as per our availability. We were happy that we booked 1Clean Air for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Two gentlemen showed up on time and they did a very good job in explaining everything to us, they were courteous and friendly. They did save us an extra $150 for a portable device, they came prepared to use it just in case. Some of our return air vents were really dirty and after duct cleaning everything was clean.

Got a service call here in Limoges, Ottawa… the two gentlemen where very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and clean. Showed up in the window they promised with a call when 30 minutes away. Before and after pictures included at a very reasonable price. Turns out our 15 year old house never had the ducts cleaned and it showed. If you’re in the Ottawa area and think you need this service I would vouch for them, we are satisfied and referenced them to a couple neighbours looking for a reputable company.

It's all about the technicians. Martin and Max we're both polite, on time, thorough, very clean and their experienced (8 years and 15 years) showed. I couldn't be happier with the work they did I will be calling these guys again the next time my ducts need to be cleaned. Thanks again Martin and Max. Highly recommend 1CleanAir -ottawa.

My dryer had been giving me an airflow error code for longer than I'd like to admit, but recently I had to do a costly repair on it when it stopped working properly, and I figured there was a good chance the reason it broke is because of the poor air flow through the dryer vent. Martin and Danick came out and made quick work of cleaning out the vent. They were friendly and answered any questions I had. When they were done they showed me how much lint had come out of the vent and a video they took when they were cleaning it out. My clothes are now drying in 1 hour instead of 1.5-2 hours, and no more error code. Bonus for no more fire hazard too ;) They recommended cleaning every 2 years and I will definitely be doing that. From my first contact with the company, to the completion of the dryer vent cleaning, 1CleanAir staff were prompt and professional. The booking was easy and within a quick timeframe. Martin and Danick called before they arrived, which was was in the time window given, and they were thorough and professional throughout the job. A++

Excellent service. Je suis très satisfaite du travail effectué.

Très bon service et efficace. Le tapis de Turckie fait à la main de ma mère est revenu avec ses couleurs d’origine. 😀

Doug and Kevin on the crew for my double rooming house did a great and thorough job on an extremely dirty system (the ducts had not been cleaned for 20 yrs+, my tenants (18)are not the standard type and not one problem or complaint. and of course the price was right:).

Hired 1 Clean Air to determine why dryer Check Vent light was coming on. They found a big birds' nest in the vent, cleaned it out and the rest of the dryer vent in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend. They had to get to the second story via a ladder to access the vent. Reasonable price. Courteous guys.

Highly recommend 1CleanAir, they did my white carpets, they looked like new when they were done. Service from booking, to techcian, to payment was easy, very professional staff.
