Jonathan and Dominic are thorough and provides a very good service. They are kind enough to explain the whole process. Definitely a go-to team for the duct cleaning service.

We had our dryer vent and ducts cleaned by 1Clean Air-Ottawa. Great service, on time and explained everything step-by-step after they were done. Would highly recommend this company!

what an amazing carpet cleaning job done by 1 clean Air.They were on time, quick, courteous and effecient. The carpet smells good and is very clean now. not a single stain was left dirty. Will use again their services and definitely recommend...Thank you 1 clean Air.

Prompt, professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Fast, efficient, thorough. If you're like me you'll appreciate they wear shoe covers throughout the house and courteous to explain details of work performed. You benefit by stacking services on same visit significantly cuts overall cost, e.g. dryer host/vent cleaning with a duct cleaning saves $100, similarly if you did AC/Furnace blowers vs. doing them on a separate job.

They did a great job. Nice, timely and courteous staff. Good price and top notch work. Thanks again.

Excellent service with a knowledgeable and courteous crew.

Excellent service

The technicians were professional. They did a good cleaning job. This time they cleaned all the areas that needed cleaning. I was happy with their work.

1Clean Air did an excellent job when cleaning our ducts. Both Martin and Martin Jr were extremely thorough in their work and were also very courteous and took the time to answer any questions I had for them. After they left, we did notice water that was leaking from inside the furnace and seeping out from under the furnace. It had nothing to do with their duct work cleaning but as soon as I called them, they sent another technician to my place ( I forget her name ) but she showed up and assessed the issue and noticed that it was the drain hose that was plugged. She, along with her assistant, cleaned up the water and cleared out the furnace and drain house. Although it didn't take much time and effort, it was how quickly they sent out a crew to my place and took care of the issue immediately.....and at no charge at all. A clogged drain hose is the homeowners issue but they took care of it....all with a smile on their faces.

We had the crew out to do a dryer vent cleaning. They did an outstanding job, quick and extremely pleasant to deal with. We will definitely be calling them back for a complete duct and dryer vent cleaning. Well worth the money you'll spend.

Martin and Martin were on time and wore slip covers over their footwear to prevent tracking dirt onto the carpets. They were quick and efficient. I received the invoice and pictures a few days later. Definitely recommend this company!
