Ottawa reviews

Amazing Amazing Wow!!!! It is the first time using their services and I have to say they were a 12/10. Service was great, the 2 workers were very nice, knowledgeable and kept the house very clean while working. The quality of work was amazing, all my vents are like new and the disinfectant they applied also made a different in the house. I highly recommend this company and look forward to using them again.

Great service

People are professional, polite and very informative. They explained the work before they started. They are very clean. This is the second time I have used this company to clean my air ducts and dryer vent and have recommended them to friends.

Appointment was pretty fast to get. The price on the phone was more expensive than the price on their website, but the person on the phone honored the pricing online, so I appreciate it. The cleaners that did the work were polite and the did the job in a timely fashion. They also proposed extra cleaning options, but were not pushy at all. I'd call again if I needed cleaning in the future.

The team -- Marc and Vanessa -- arrived on time, worked in a very focused way and did a splendid job. In addition, they are enthusiastic and friendly, which is like "icing on the cake." A great combination of technical skills and excellent customer relations and care. I would recommend 1CleanAir very highly.

We had a great experience with 1Clean Air. They were punctual and thorough in their cleaning. They explained what they were doing throughout the process. They were even kind enough to show us how to clean a piece of equipment in the house -- despite it not being a part of our ventilation system and thus not what they came to do. Highly recommend!

Company was great to deal with. Liam called ahead to say he was on his way. He cleaned all the ducts and dryer vent and was very efficient, professional, hard working and pleasant. This is my 3rd experience with One Clean Air and all went well. Lynn

With our furnace located on the 3rd floor, 1Clean Air's techs faced a challenge. They over came it with flying colours.

Very polite and professional. Afterwards, took time to explain what they found, showed before and after pictures, and gave advice on what to do next. Thank you!

quick and professional, we also decide to get the dryer vent cleaned and they were able to do on the spot as their billing is set to add on extras as required Liam was great and the before and after pics were very helpful
