Very professional and competitive pricing. Very happy they use natural cleaners. Arrived on time, gave me a chance to secure my pets and worked with me to move them around to facilitate their work. Very efficient, and put everything back better than when they found it.

They cleaned the dryer exhaust and identified why the air flow was slowed and came up with a work-around.

I had a dryer duct cleaning completed and the crew was very professional. I appreciated the prompt service and the recommendations made during the visit. Jonathan and Alexis were terrific and the service was priced very reasonably. I would highly recommend the company and will use them again for future service.

I’ve used this company a couple of times and they once again did a great job. They were quick, professional, on time and communicated everything they were doing before doing it. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again for any of the services that they provide.

They did a great job! The two people that came in were polite, pleasant, and hard working! They also use a truck mounted system as opposed to the portable ones, which provides a better cleaning. I would use them again in the future.

I will definitely be reusing this team. Process was fast and they did a good job of cleaning the carpet.

We got our vents/ducts cleaned with 1CleanAir, and the team(duo)were very professional and kind. Not only were we sent reminders for the appointment via email leading up to the day, but they arrived within the timeframe as promised, with a phone call before their arrival. They came in to check the number of vents in the home, gave as a detailed explanation (with photos) of what they recommend to be done, and the exact pricing for the job (they were open to helping us out with the pricing as well). We also appreciated that they had plastic coverings for their shoes when entering the home and cleaned up any large dust and/or debris left behind on the floor after the cleaning was done. We got to see photos of the ducts and vents after the cleaning, and we are happy to report that the questionable smell we had in one of our vents is fully gone now:). The sanitizing smell also wasn't too strong and disappeared after a few days, and thankfully didn't seem to bother the kids. We hope to work with them again, preferably in the spring/fall time so we can leave the windows open during/after the process for any micro dusts.

Or the last time a call-centre answered right away? Never. The customer service was excellent in the first place, setting up the pick-up and confirming. Yes, the first time my carpet was not clean, however you know a company is good when they fix a problem 'no-questions-asked' and deal with adversity to meet their commitments. The customer made my experience excellent.
