Had my dryer vent cleaned, great friendly service!

Had my vents cleaned after a very long time. They were friendly, informative and last but not least efficient.

1CleanAir came to replace my old dryer vent duct. The team showed up on time, had a look at my setup and explained to me what they were going to do which was to replace the flexible vinyl vent duct with a metal one. They did an excellent job, cleaned everything and put the dryer back in place before leaving. The 1CleanAir team was professional and I am very satisfied of the work they did.

Personable, professional, knowledgeable. Completed the work in very little time. They were very kind and efficient. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Very happy with the result.

We received great service from 1Clean Air. We had our ducts cleaned and sanitized. They showed up, were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. Would recommend this company :)

For 5000 square feet, it was quite quick and effective, amazing work💯💯 really gives the space a new look

Will use their services again!

Great company . The crew that came to my house were great. They protected my hardwood floors and stairs and even had bumber pads for the baseboards so nothing got damaged when running their hoses. Explained the process and they even did some mcguivering since my furnace room is very small and they had to figure out a way to attach their equipment. Highly recommended 👌

The staff was on time. Professional and courteous. The job was done correctly in a timely manner. I am very satisfied

Excellent customer service - dryer vent cleaning reasonably priced and the service was done outside before we knew they had come by! Checked vent afterwards and was pleased to see it was very clean. Have recommended company to friends and family.

Very professional and they did a great job.

Professional, quick and price was the same as others. Only minor complaint was the cleaning of the HVAC. They tried to capture the particles when they blew out the HVAC but I still had to do some vacuuming of the area on my own.

Quick and professional, they did a great job and were very nice.

Faster turnaround compared to other companies in ottawa, better system to book appointment. Guys were friendly and professional. another satisfied customer.

Very professional and friendly. Happy with the service.

Booked the duct and vent cleaning in the summer, the technician came and told us they were not able to do the cleaning because there was no access and we had have it cut ourselves and left ...we were contacted a few days later saying that they do offer service to cut an access for an extra fee (okay fair enough), we had the service re-booked and the service was done by a different team of technicians which told us there was no need to cut into our ceiling as they have access. The second team was great from what my wife told me they were quick, polite, efficient and clean recommended what had to be done, because the previous owners had some cats and the fur and dander was very apparent due to allergies, picture showed before and after on one vent which looked so much cleaner. My only concern is was why wasn't it done the first time or was it not done properly the second time only time will tell Only time will tell if the product/cleaning service is 5 * but as for the customer service of the second team is 5 *.

I am a Condo Manager in Ottawa and this company is a family run business, they did vent replacement and dryer duct cleaning and one of my Condo's the service was excellent and they were easy to deal with, they are my new go to duct company. I would highly recommend them.

What a great service! the crew went right to work and made a big difference in our home. Thanks so much!

Recommanderai ce service à quiconque qui nécessite nettoyage de conduits.

Had ducts cleaned and had them take 5 area rugs for deep clean. Professional and knowledgeable staff, quick and easy transaction👌 will use again for sure!

Excellent!!

We had our duct & dryer vent clean, both technician (Marc & Christopher) were hands on and kept us informed through out the way. They were both very professional and answered all of our questions (both in french and english). Company was excellent leading up to the scheduled appointment by sending reminders. I strongly recommend their services. Their prices are very reasonable in comparison to other companies.

Had our ducts cleaned a couple of days ago. They did a wonderful job and were very informative. We'll use them again anytime. Highly recommend!
