Ottawa reviews

Nick & Dane did a great job. I highly recommended it.

Really good

Another company previously came in and caused a blockage/damage to my dryer vent. 1Clean Air came in and promptly investigated, located and fixed the issue. (Massive block in vent) They were professional, quick and preformed a great job. Was able to get service quickly and finally ca do laundry again with worry of a fire. Definitely recommend!! Thank you!

Very professional service. Last week I did a duct cleaning and carpets steam cleaning. Prices were very reasonable. Staff was very friendly and hard working. Definitely use again next time. Highly recommend them who needs a professional service.

1 Clean Air was the only company in Ottawa that I could find to repair my broken dryer vent in my attic. They were quick, professional and clean and I’m very happy to report that my dryer is finally doing its job after only one cycle!!!

Very professional, requested an early slot so kids will not be home while they work. They complied with my request. Highly recommended for the quality of work done.

Great service from Alex and Max. Highly recommended.

They were very professional and friendly. They also took time to present the different options and let us choose the one we were comfortable with. We were very happy with the service. Thumbs up!

Professional fast efficient and answered all questions a pleasure to deal with. I have no problem with recommending them Maurice and Cedric total pros . Earl Hubbard

very professional, Covid-19 précautions taken. explained procedure well. Cleaned after work. Aware that some fluff from the dryer vent would be blowed out on grass. very satisfied

They were on time and very quick! I recently moved in and they helped remove a lot of dry wall stuck in the vents from the previous owners. Will definitely use them again 100%. Their reviews matches their ratings!

Professional and well-organized operation. Good customer service. Perhaps a little over zealous in chasing you for the business after you get a quote but overall I am very satisfied with the job.

Said they'd show up between 8 and 12. Showed up at 8 with a 15 minutes call before arriving. Professionals. Proposing every options before starting. Made us saving money on extra ducts by not counting em (3x). Bilingual.

(Translated by Google) Excellent service! They were very friendly and explained very well how to maximize the cleanliness of our ducts. They know their stuff and we recommend them without hesitation. (Original) Excellent service! Super sociables et nous expliquent très bien comment maximiser la propreté de nos conduits. Connaissent très bien ce qu'ils font et nous les recommandons sans hésitation.

The service was much quicker than anticipated. After about 1.5h they were packing up and the house smelled great, no longer smelling of the previous homeowner's dog(s).

Le service est impeccable et les techniciens sont très respectueux des notmes portant sur la Covid /distanciation. Le travail est hors paire et très bien effectué. Bravo. Hautement recommandé.

(Translated by Google) The work was carried out excellently, however, they were a bit harassing regarding the quality survey (it's done, now stop sending me messages). (Original) Exécution des travaux excellente, par contre un peu harcelants au niveau du sondage qualité (c'est fait, maintenant arrêtez de m'envoyer des messages)

(Translated by Google) This was our first time using this company. I had many questions, and they answered them with pleasure and precision. Once the appointment was scheduled, we received several reminders, which we greatly appreciated. On the day of the service, they called 15 minutes before arriving. They explained their process and procedures. They were extremely professional and courteous. They were careful with the floor and cleaned up any spills as needed.

Great service, they showed before & after photos of my vents
