Ottawa reviews

My experience was great! My technician Roch was professional, on time and fast. The carpets look fresh and smelled great. I think next time I’ll go for a more deep clean shampooing as my carpets definitely needed some more love.

Steve and Alexis did amazing job. Keep up the good work guys. Salute!

Friendly and very efficient. They did a fantastic job.

Got the dryer vent cleaned from 1CleanAir. Professional service, in and out quickly, respected distancing. They used a brush, coming in from the outside vent. The vent was done in less than half an hour, even though it hadn't been done in years. Small amount of lint afterwards on the lawn, not a big deal for us. I would definitely go with them again in the future.

Scheduled a carpet and furniture cleaning. Making an appointment was easy and they confirmed right away. The staff was friendly, punctual, and efficient. Our old furniture looks like new again. The carpets look great, they even added in a last minute addition. We were so pleased with the results.

We were very pleased with the service. The ducts in our house had not been cleaned in about 25 years, and they were obviously very dirty as well as having junk stuffed down the vents from the previous owners. The technicians were pleasant and respectful. Great service and great job, thank you!

Arrived on time, very courteous, followed COVID 19 protocols.Great job on carpets

Had a great experience with 1 Clean air, they put down a carpet and didn’t make a mess. Will use again!

Quick, professional, personable, effective and efficient. Will use this company again.

We moved into this last year and it was extremely dusty. I called Clean Air after seeing their ad in the "Go Local Ottawa" magazine. The guys were professional and punctual. Two weeks after the cleaning, I can honestly say there is 100% difference. I've gone from daily dusting to once a week. Thank you!!

Merci à Geneviève, Cassandra et Marc de 1 Clean Air pour le nettoyage complèt de mon système de ventilation! Je suis très satisfait de votre service ainsi que du résultat! 👌🏻🔥

Great service always.. very efficient technicians... polite, friendly and caring.

Looking at the before and after pictures team cleaned the vents very well. They explained the procedures before starting and were thorough with their work. Satisfied with the service.

The team was quick, super friendly, and did a great job. Our “ducks” look great!

Very friendly and reliable staff. The guy that came to the house to do the carpet cleaning was very pleasant, polite and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with him, he did a great job and went above and beyond. Very happy with the service and my overall experience. Would recommend this company. :)

Excellent service, merci à toute l'équipe de 1 Clean Air

Great service, on time and high quality, reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Very friendly service! We had requested a dryer vent cleaning as well as duct cleaning but our dryer and dryer vent are quite old. They let us know that they could clean it if we wanted but that it wasn’t really worth it - saved us $79 and let us know what we should consider replacing/changing instead - very helpful!

Great experience! Very professional, wore masks at all times and provided pictures of the job after it was finished. Also took time to explain what was being done, which is always nice! Highly recommend.

Professional, On time, Patient, Hardworking, Friendly and Informative. These guys did a great job. Below is a before and after of one of the vents. There equipment goes a lot deeper so couldn't capture further. Highly recommend them!!

Professional service, efficient team. I would highly recommend 1Clean Air for air ducts, dryer vent and furnace cleaning.
