Ottawa reviews

The technicians were very professional. Although the work could not be done because of problems out their control, I am very satisfied with the manner they approach it.

Excellent work and great customer service!

I am really pleased with 1Clean Air service, I already recommend their service to my neighbor

Excellent work and fantastic customer service. Liam and Enrico ensured that we got all the services we needed and our house air has never been cleaner. Will definitely use this company again in the future and I highly recommend them.

Oui parfaitement du bon travail

Service rapide et courtois

Great service but a bit pricey.

Excellent service, very efficent, the carpets looks amazing!

Thank you to Nick, Chris and Matt for the excellent service provided today. They were on-time, service-oriented and professional when cleaning my ducts, furnace and air conditioner following a major renovation at my house. They came to the door with PPE. They worked with shoe covers. I found them to be respectful and polite. They were also fun to talk to and (knidly) explained service options available. If you use Clean1Air, I would recommend you ask for this team. They are just terrific! Merci beaucoup pour vos services!

Punctual, courteous, efficient, delivered what was promised. Second time using 1Clean Air and will continue to do so in the future.

Liam and Enricot did an awesome job cleaning the ducts in our house. That being said, they didn’t do a good job on my dryer, it was cleaned in a rash for less than 10 minutes.

Personnel courtois, ponctuel et efficace!

Great service and value - highly recommend !

The guys worked quick, and were very professional. They showed us the before and after photos, which was great.

Excellent and very friendly service! The technicians were professional and honest. They noticed some deficiencies from the previous company we used and fixed the issues on the spot without any hassle. We will use 1Clean Air moving forward to clean our ducts, furnace and dryer vent!

Hi! This company offered the best price and was also the more responsive when we inquired with several companies to clean and repair some air ducts in our apartment building. The sent a team quickly and their staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They also gave us good advice for maintenance. This was a positive experience at all levels.

Very professional, called in 30 mins in advance , explained the whole process, showed pictures before and after, protected floors and corners with plastic and carpeting. took less time to perform work than estimated, would recommend this service to family and friends.

Techniciens professionnels et connaissants - un gros merci

Very professional, explained everything and even made sure to let us know our animals and baby might be nervous about the sound and gave us time to make sure everyone was as comfortable as could be. Would absolutely book again!

The guys did a great job.

Great service. Thank you!

Dirty well trod areas with stains came out clean as new. The stairs were really dirty because of some spilled oil. Many steps were black with dirt. Never thought it would come clean but it did. I'm very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. Wayne Jones
