I called on Monday and there was an opening the very next day. My husband and I moved into a brand new built home and we needed the ducts professionally cleaned. Nick and Alexi called 30 minutes before arrival to let us know they were on their way. They were Extremely professional and knowledgeable team. Nick & Alexi were very thorough in the entire cleaning process. They talked through the entire process and their progress. They performed before and after photos which was a true eye opener. Very polite, very professional...they even acknowledged the hardwood floors thus they wore their interior slips. They noticed all the small details and communicated constantly. All of my questions were explained thoroughly. Once they were completed, they walked me through the basement and showed me things that I had not even noticed. They were very educational, tidy and such a pleasure to deal with. Congratulations on a job well done!
