Ottawa reviews

I normally do not write reviews, however this company deserves it 100 %. Right from the initial contact with Jesse over the phone it was superb, Jesse is the definition of customer satisfaction and service! He scheduled me with his technician Martin for my duct cleaning all I have to say is very impressed. 1clean air your company is truly for the customer! Thank you . N.Eagle

I was recommended by a friend to reach out to 1 Clean Air as I have been looking for affordable and quality service for duck cleaning for our office. In the past, I spent a fortune and had low quality services (due to the building’s age). Furthermore, I was surprise to receive bilingual services on the phone (lovely lady called Alice) with the receptionist as the company is in the Gatineau area (I thought I had to speak French). I would definitely recommend 1 Clean Air to anyone seaking for duck cleaning services. Very satisfied costumer and great service 👌🏽

I'm a mom of two young kids and our carpeted den is probably our most-lived in room in the house. We have seen so many milk spills and accidents over the years but after a recent terrible bout of gastro in our household, I knew our at-home steam vac wasn't enough. We called in the big guys - aka 1CleanAir - and our den was instantly transformed in to a fresh-smelling clean room again. They cleaned our couch, carpet and also our carpeted stairs giving them all new life again. The service was professional and very thorough and I would highly recommend it!
