1Cleanair customer reviews

We have used their services twice in past years (duct cleaning) and the job is done properly and professionally! I feel confident knowing the ducts are clean and disinfected! They can also clean the dryer vent... all done in less than one hour! Providing peace of mind for the homeowner

The service was amazing they were polite and courteous even on schedule. (Very Quick) would highly recommend them.

Excellent communication. Work was completed quickly, and Troy and his crew cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend them for any job!

Leo did an amazing job of cleaning my carpets. And Alex and his partner did a thorough and impressive job cleaning the dryer vents. All the 1 Clean Air team took time to explain the work to me and help me understand how to maintain my home. I highly reccomend and would hire 1 Clean Air again. Pride in workmanship was very justified. Great work team and thanks to the accounts receivable team for a smooth payment process

Professional and attentive work, very patient in answering my question.

Professional, on time, explains and answers all questions with a smile. Clean all my air ducts and I was so pleased with the service that I decided to seal the ducts to increase efficiency. There is a noticeable difference. Should have done this a long time ago. Great service and I highly recommend this company

Very professional and did an excellent job! Before and after pictures had the vents looking like new. Up front costing and options are discussed before the work begins so there are no surprises. Everything is confirmed on site as well on the day of the appointment. I highly recommend this company.

I just reached out to 1Clean Air using Google search and reviews and they did not disappoint us. I recommend reaching out to them for duct cleaning services. There were some issues finding the right dates and time, however, their team was efficient in booking the slot as per our availability. We were happy that we booked 1Clean Air for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Two gentlemen showed up on time and they did a very good job in explaining everything to us, they were courteous and friendly. They did save us an extra $150 for a portable device, they came prepared to use it just in case. Some of our return air vents were really dirty and after duct cleaning everything was clean.

Great service. The team at 1CleanAir, showed up on time and did a very good job. Would use them again.

Very efficient and friendly. In and out, no fuss. Would recommend them.

Quick,efficient, professional and friendly!

We have used 1Clean Air twice and will continue to do so. Price is reasonable for the quality of work. The staff are great to deal with both in the office and on-site. Very professional.

(Translated by Google) We had the basement carpet cleaned after a water leak, as well as the steps of two staircases. The appointment date and time were respected, the work was done quickly and to our satisfaction. The traces of the water damage and the stains disappeared, and the stair carpets are spotless. Everything was dry less than 36 hours after the work was completed, and there was no residual odor. We would not hesitate to use this service again. Furthermore, the price was very competitive.

Got a service call here in Limoges, Ottawa… the two gentlemen where very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and clean. Showed up in the window they promised with a call when 30 minutes away. Before and after pictures included at a very reasonable price. Turns out our 15 year old house never had the ducts cleaned and it showed. If you’re in the Ottawa area and think you need this service I would vouch for them, we are satisfied and referenced them to a couple neighbours looking for a reputable company.

Found this company at the home show. Spoke to the sales representative regarding my microfiber couch and how much would it cost to clean it. When he gave me the prices, I booked immediately. I had call so many other places and they were so so expensive. The guy came in, took about 30mins, and cleaned. Very happy with the way it came cleaned. I would highly recommend them for all your needs
