It's all about the technicians. Martin and Max we're both polite, on time, thorough, very clean and their experienced (8 years and 15 years) showed. I couldn't be happier with the work they did I will be calling these guys again the next time my ducts need to be cleaned. Thanks again Martin and Max. Highly recommend 1CleanAir -ottawa.

This is the third time we have used 1CleanAir - once at our own house a few years ago, and they also cleaned the ducts in my mom's home. I like that they are not pushy about their services, and offer good quality for the money. They are very thorough, professional, and do a really good job. Our ducts this time were very in need of a clean, with 10 years of cats and dogs and dust - and I am very happy with how clean the ducts are now. They also are punctual and communicate very well about when they are coming, and what they will need to do. I would definitely recomend them.

And judging by the "before and after" photos, the difference is significant... definitely an improvement in air quality! Thank you (Original) Très satisfaite du travail accompli par les deux travailleurs qui étaient courtois et professionnels. Et d’après les photos “avant et après” la différence est majeure… sûrement une amélioration sur la qualité d’air! Merci

The service was excellent. They were fast, efficient, and showed up on time. They were also friendly and very professional. Not one ounce of dust escaped from the grates due to the method they used. Tiny mishap...they forgot to tighten the front panel of the furnace but was fixed immediately. I highly recommend this company. One of the servicemen was Marc and I wish I could remember the other one.

Best thing you can do in the spring, clean the air you breath. They were great and bootied up!

Great experience with 1clean air. They super clear, professional and kind to speak to and coordinate the visit. We were scheduling a dryer vent cleaning and they had availability for the same week and coordinated something for the following week when the original date didn't work for us. I had called a couple other places to compare prices, found they were most reasonable with how soon they were able to come. They outlined the cost expectation over the phone and sent an email with the info afterward. The day of the cleaning, the technicians were great! Called ahead, super fast, little under an hour and our dryer works great as they were super thorough. There was a little misunderstanding regarding the final price and we were charged more than we should have been but emailed their support and they fixed it immediately without any hassle. Would definitely recommend them. 🙂🌞

Very happy with the service from 1CleanAir. They were quick and efficient.

The service man arrived promptly, and was very polite and courteous. He did a great job and left everything very neat. I would be very glad to have them do my carpet cleaning again.

1Clean Air did a fantastic job cleaning my house air vent. They were very professional and answered all questions and concerns. I was surprised by the amount of dust that they removed after sending the before after picture.

My experience with 1Clean Air was easy, awesome, and would definitely use them again!

My dryer had been giving me an airflow error code for longer than I'd like to admit, but recently I had to do a costly repair on it when it stopped working properly, and I figured there was a good chance the reason it broke is because of the poor air flow through the dryer vent. Martin and Danick came out and made quick work of cleaning out the vent. They were friendly and answered any questions I had. When they were done they showed me how much lint had come out of the vent and a video they took when they were cleaning it out. My clothes are now drying in 1 hour instead of 1.5-2 hours, and no more error code. Bonus for no more fire hazard too ;) They recommended cleaning every 2 years and I will definitely be doing that. From my first contact with the company, to the completion of the dryer vent cleaning, 1CleanAir staff were prompt and professional. The booking was easy and within a quick timeframe. Martin and Danick called before they arrived, which was was in the time window given, and they were thorough and professional throughout the job. A++
