Ottawa reviews

The dryer vent cleaning guys were on time and called before arriving. They left everything clean and were both very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with this company. Staff were very informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be turning to this company for future vent cleaning!

Had my home done yesterday, the 2 guys worked efficiently and communicated well with me, very happy with the service.

I've been through many companies and finally found a gem. They were excellent, professional, well-equipped, weren't scared of where my air conditioner was placed (high up on top of stairs), friendly and efficient. I'm very satisfied and grateful I found this company. They're a keeper!

The crew was amazing! Before they started they went through exactly what they would be doing. They even put plastic protectors at each door corner. Floor runners were placed down as well. I had my ducts cleaned and our dryer vent. If you’ve never had your dryer vent cleaned you should!! Will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Very efficient crew, nice job, spic and span.

The cleaning crew arrived on time and were quick to assess the job and get started to work. They were really helpful in assessing what needed to be done and proceeded to complete all aspects of the job as promised. Crew was helpful and friendly, and we were happy with the completed job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of duct cleaning.

Had our duct work cleaned for the first time at this house. Seemed to do a good job. Professional, knew what they were doing. Would hire again.

This is our third year using Clean Air and we have always been pleased with the outcome. Friendly, efficient and a good project point too.

I called 1CleanAir based on their outstanding reviews on Google, and I was not disappointed. They were friendly, efficient and professional. After they were done, I would swear that the air “felt cleaner” in my home. They pictures of the before and after in my ducts were truly eye opening. Very happy with the process and results. Would highly recommend them and will use them again in 3 to 5 years.

Another great job by 1CleanAir. Roque is a fantastic technician. Arrived when he said he would and has very good attention to detail.

They are quick and thorough. Will use again

I recently had 1CleanAir replace my old flexible dryer vent duct with a rigid one, and I’m thrilled with the experience. The technician was honest, friendly, and took the time to explain the process clearly. Their work was impeccable—clean, precise, and completed with care. The new rigid duct looks sturdy and performs perfectly, giving me peace of mind. I highly recommend 1CleanAir for their professionalism and top-notch service!

We are very happy we went with 1Clean Air. We had issues with our dryer overheating. Since the cleaning of the vent we’ve had zero issues. A bird’s nest was removed! A definite fire hazard. It was quick, reasonably priced and has given us peace of mind. The dryer is running normal again.

Great service from the 1Clean Air team!!!

Fantastic team!!!! super professional. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to clean their vents and their furnace.

These guys were super considerate of my special needs cat, and they accommodated what he needed while they did the vents. My vents are all beautifully cleaned and they even wiped them down with disinfectant so they look clean from the outside as well. Highly recommend these guys.

Quick and efficient service, very friendly technicians. Would definitely contract them again for other home services.

Friendly customer service, awesome job! Highly recommended!!!
