Ottawa reviews

Quick and friendly service. I would easily recommend. Zero upsell so if they recommend something it’s probably warranted.

VERY thorough and VERY friendly service! We had a schedule mix up and they remedied it very generously! My house smelled so clean after the duct disinfection!

Roch was very professional and pleasant and he did a great job!

Très bon service! 100% Martin et son collègue ont été très professionnels! Merci!!

On behalf of a small condo association, 1CleanAir was contacted for the addition of insulation in two attics. From the initial contact through to the job completion this company was exceptional. I will be calling them again in the Fall for cleaning of our dryer ducts. I certainly recommend 1CleanAir to anyone needing similar services.

Professional and thorough. Large residential job with two furnaces and nearly 40 vents, in Gatineau.

Super service

Excellent service – highly recommended! I recently hired 1Clean Air to clean the ducts in my home, and I’m thrilled with the results. From start to finish, their service was professional, thorough, and friendly. The booking process was straightforward, with clear communication about pricing and timing. On the day of the appointment, the technicians arrived exactly when they said they would. They were polite, explained the entire process in detail, and took great care to protect my floors and furniture. The cleaning itself was extremely thorough. They showed me before-and-after photos of the ducts, which were shocking! My home already feels fresher, and I’m confident the air quality has improved. I also appreciated that they cleaned up perfectly after themselves—no mess left behind at all. Overall, 1Clean Air exceeded my expectations. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines expertise with such genuine customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing duct cleaning or other air quality services. If you’re on the fence about booking them—just do it. You won’t regret it.

Max worked really hard. Nice job.

Fast service, good communication, quality cleaning, and went the extra mile to inspect and offer additional services that were neglected by previous companies.

I had the wonderful experience of having Matt and Jessie come to clean all my vents. They were both so professional, polite a very thorough. Provided before and after pictures as they worked their way through the house. Superb cleanup after the work was done. Highly recommend 1Clean Air.

The guys from 1 Clean Air were great! Very respectful and efficient. Vent cleaning went smoothly and was done quickly. I’m looking forward to a lot less dust in the house! There was a Summer deal going so I was extra lucky and got $100.00 off and the first 10 vents free! They service all of Gatineau and the greater Ottawa area. Been in business for over 30 years. I highly recommend them.
