Ottawa reviews

Thank you to Marc and his crew. I highly recommend this company for their quick and reliable service. They took photos pre and post and provided answers to all of my questions. Clean. Reliable and efficient. 5 stars across the board. My dogs loved the extra special cuddle time with the crew. Thanks again, Heidi Buzz and Logan 🐾

I enjoyed the service and would definitely recommend. The workers were really helpful, explained every step and were careful not to mess anything up.

Very good service…would contact again.

Wow! I got my grout/floors cleaned and the service was incredible. Call Mark and book asap it was so worth it. He was so professional and also very kind to my 2 toddlers and my 2 chihuahuas. Here’s before and after (don’t judge me I bought the house like this, lol). Will definitely be using them again, great work!!!

The gentleman arrived on time and did a very good job on my Carpet. I will 100% recommend them

The workers were on time and very professional. They did duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning and showed me the before and after. The difference was amazing. With a dog in the house, there was a ton of hair. I will definitely use them again.

Cleaned dryer vent. Excellent service

Clean air did my carpets last month and did an amazing job. I would recommend their carpet cleaning services.

Initially, I called 1CleanAir out of spite due the nonstop exotic calls from telemarketers trying to sell some cheap duct cleaning. Having used the telemarketing firm's clients before, I was not impressed. They showed up in a small van and didn't seem to get my vents that clean... But how would I know? I called 1CleanAir after some renovations. They came with the best equipment and knowledgeable technicians. I was very impressed. The difference was flagrant. My wife even noticed the smell of a clean house. Lessons learned : Don't waste you time. Call in the big guns.

Excellent service!

Both technicians were friendly and on time. They completed the job in a timely manner and explained the work they did to me and how to proceed moving forward with keep up with my home. Very helpful. Thank you 1Clean Air!

The technicians arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained every step of the cleaning process and also advised me about a potential safety hazard regarding my dryer vent. My air works much... More

5 stars! A great job, very professional, good communicators, and fast and effcient

This is the first time we used the 1CleanAir duct cleaning company for our HVAC system. We had Mark and Chris at our place who cleaned 33 vents, deodorizerd the ducts, cleaned the AC coil, cleaned the dryer's vent and cleaned a powder room vent that had a bird nest debris in it. They did a truly great job and they deserve more than 5 stars. They arrived on time, they  were nice and profesional, answered all questions, and did not rush the job. They cleaned and vacuumed after the work was completed. Thank you guys very much. Hope to see you again. We highly recommend 1CleanAir and eapecially Chris+Mark team.

Compared to the company which provided me duct cleaning service five years ago, I was pretty impressed with 1 clean air's overall service from the very beginning of the quotation. Employees I had encountered in all services provided by this company, whether by emails, phone calls, or in-person conversations were professional, polite, and well-trained. Kris and his team member performed effective work at my home. I would highly recommend 1 clean air if you are looking for a high-quality and professional duct cleaning company.
