Very professional worker, suggested that we scotch guard the areas he cleaned and we agreed. Carpets look like new this am. Thank you so much. Will surely contact them again next year.

The team at A1Clean Air made this experience quick, and effective all while maintaining professionalism. The staff took the time to explain the process with regards to vents and services package being offered. I would recommend the services of this team and hopefully, the staff that visited my two locations in one afternoon (1-4 pm).

I recommend 1 Clean Air. Very courteous and professional.

1 Clean Air was a delight to work with. We used them to clean the carpets of our two story commercial building in the west end of Ottawa, and they did a great job. I found them to be very professional from the moment I made contact, until the job was complete. Would definitely recommend them.

A long over due review. I've hired 1 Clean Air for many (15 or more?) air duct and dryer duct cleaning jobs over the years. Jobs are mostly well-done. They are responsive, pleasant to deal with and offer good prices. I'm satisfied with their services in general despite a couple hiccups, and plan to keep working with them in the coming future. The biggest hiccup was when their tech mistaken certain insulation material to be asbestos, which stopped their cleaning work as well as freaked my tenants out. I had to get a home inspector who confirmed it wasn't asbestos before they'd come back to clean. They offered me a small break for the mistake, which I guess also showed their goodwill in making things right when things go south. An important trait for any service company to have.

Matt and Martin arrived within the the scheduled time frame. They called ahead prior to arrival, which I appreciate. One of the few companies I received estimates from that provided dryer vent cleaning located on the second floor, with a reasonable price.

Initially I used them for one of my properties and because I was so pleased with their services and friendly staff that I used them for 3 other properties. I keep recommending them to friends and family! Great job.

The crew that came to our home yesterday was really professional and efficient. They were friendly and quick and the team leader (sorry I can't remember his name) was patient and answered all of our questions. He was honest and did not try to sell us more services etc. Overall, I'd recommend 1Clean Air and will definitely use them again for duct and dryer duct cleaning.

Required air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Polite, thorough and professional team.

Great services, quick and efficient. Arrived as per agreed on interval, price remained as quoted. The employees were professional before starting the job as well as throughout. They were able to answer my random questions post cleaning. Would use again in 3 years.

They were fast, polite and thorough. Noticeable improvement in furnace performance and cleaner air.

We had our HVAC clean for the first time in years. The vent were pretty nasty from having pets and day to day dust and household traffic. Made appointments and arrived within few weeks. The guys were very professional and quoted a good price for a bungalow home. We had an issue after the work was done. They were contacted and 1 Clean Air step up. They solve the issue within the week. Highly recommended!

Our first time dealing with 1-CleanAir, professional work and courteous team. Very satisfied. To be recommended.
